You will have to choose one of the network providers listed in this directory to be your primary care provider (PCP). Generally, you must get your health care coverage from your PCP. Check with your PCP before going to see a specialist.

To ask for a hard copy of the pharmacy or provider directory, call Member Services. We will mail it to you.
