We make it easy for you to find a pharmacy. Use the directory below. Even when you travel out of state, you can access our nationwide pharmacy network by using the pharmacy directory.
We call the pharmacies on this list our "network pharmacies" because we have made arrangements with them to provide prescription drugs to plan members. In most cases, your prescriptions are covered under Keystone First VIP Choice only if they are filled at a network pharmacy or through our mail-order pharmacy service.
Once you go to one pharmacy, you are not required to continue going to the same pharmacy to fill your prescription but can switch to any other of our network pharmacies. We will fill prescriptions at non-network pharmacies under certain circumstances as described in your Evidence of Coverage (PDF).
We also list pharmacies that are in our network but are outside the plan's geographic area. To ask for a hard copy of the pharmacy or provider directory, call Member Services. We will mail it to you.
How large is the pharmacy network?
You can fill your prescriptions at more than 1,500 network pharmacies nationwide. Keystone First VIP Choice (HMO-SNP) contracts with PerformRxSM to provide Medicare Part D prescription benefit management services. This includes a large pharmacy network to meet your needs.
