There are five ways for Medicare beneficiaries to enroll in Keystone First VIP Choice (HMO-SNP).

Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll in Keystone First VIP Choice through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center located at Medicare.gov.

If you're a Pennsylvania resident living in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery or Philadelphia counties, and you're on both Medicaid and Medicare, you may be eligible to become a Keystone First VIP Choice member.
