Keystone First VIP Choice (HMO-SNP) wants to make sure you stay covered

The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) was able to keep Medical Assistance (MA) coverage open for most people during the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) even if they were no longer eligible. Now, DHS must make sure that everyone who is receiving MA is still eligible by reviewing each person's information.

Here's what you need to do NOW.

  4. In Person: Go to your County Assistance Office
2. Sign up for alerts from DHS TODAY
3. Complete your renewal forms for DHS when they are due

Keystone First VIP Choice is an HMO-SNP plan with a Medicare contract and a contract with the Pennsylvania Medicaid Program. Enrollment in Keystone First VIP Choice depends on contract renewal.
